Nothing is perfect, nothing is 100% secure.. However, you may use ion-cube to scramble your code, its makes it too hard that its not worth reverse engineering.

Which encryption is the best to use? I would want to have a scrambled code that cannot be reverse engineered. Is that possible if so how?

if you want my advise, combine zendguard and ioncube, and if anybody could decode it, then he deserve it, because he is decoding god!
